What is the minimum project budget?

Small fixes and consultations start from AED 500–1,500. A complete landing page or single-feature build starts from AED 3,000–5,000. Custom Laravel applications, full Shopify builds, and premium WordPress projects start from AED 8,000+. Ongoing monthly support retainers start from AED 1,500/month depending on scope.

Do you offer fixed-price projects or hourly billing?

Accepted Answer

Both. I prefer fixed-price for clearly scoped projects — you know the total before work starts. For ongoing work, consulting, audits, and evolving-scope projects, I work on an hourly or monthly retainer basis. Fixed-price is only available when scope, deliverables, platform, integrations, and timeline are agreed upfront. Scope changes after agreement are quoted separately.

What is included in each pricing tier?

Starter tier: credibility websites, landing pages, single-feature builds with standard SEO foundations. Growth tier: ecommerce stores, WordPress business sites, or Shopify improvements with full SEO setup, performance optimization, and integrations. Premium tier: custom Laravel platforms, dashboards, ERP/CRM systems, complex API integrations, and multi-phase builds requiring ongoing technical direction.

Question 4

How is payment structured for a project?

Accepted Answer

Standard: 50% upfront to begin, 50% at delivery before site goes live. For larger projects (AED 15,000+) I offer a three-stage structure: 40% upfront, 30% at mid-milestone, 30% at delivery. Payment via bank transfer (AED, GBP, USD, CAD), Wise, or other agreed digital transfer. I do not begin work without a deposit.

Can you work within a fixed or tight deadline?

Yes, with conditions. Rush delivery is possible and priced accordingly (+25–40% of standard rate). To hit a tight deadline I need: complete requirements from day one, rapid client feedback (same-day responses on key decisions), no scope additions mid-project, and staging environment access from the start. I flag timeline risks early — not on the eve of the deadline.

What happens if the project scope changes mid-build?

Scope changes after the initial agreement are assessed individually: small adjustments under 2 hours may be absorbed; larger additions are quoted as a separate change order before implementation begins. I do not add features silently and charge at the end. Every scope change is documented in writing and agreed before work starts.

Do you offer monthly retainer or ongoing support packages?

Yes. Monthly retainer packages cover bug fixes, minor feature additions, plugin/dependency updates, security patches, content updates, SEO maintenance, and performance monitoring. Retainers start from AED 1,500/month for lightweight maintenance and scale up for active development work. Retainer clients receive priority response times.

Question 8

Is SEO and performance optimization included in project pricing?

Accepted Answer

Basic technical SEO (metadata, canonical URLs, schema, sitemap, Lighthouse 90+ score) is included in all project tiers. Advanced SEO — comprehensive schema types, keyword architecture, page speed above 95, Core Web Vitals passing, local SEO setup — is included in Growth and Premium tiers. A standalone SEO audit is available as a separate engagement.
